The Company was renamed to MHL ServiceMaster Pte Ltd
1999
Rebranded as UMC ServiceMaster Pte Ltd
Development of Central Transportation & Dispatch System (CTD) using pagers to communicate with porters
2004
- Development of Inspection System for housekeeping operations - MSIS
- The Company was rebranded to UMC ServiceMaster Pte Ltd
2006
- First Web-based system for Portering in Singapore was designed and implemented
- BDMS was first used in Changi General Hospital by linking with BMS system
2008
- The office relocated to UEPrint Media Hub, Tai Seng Avenue
2010
Our headquarters was relocated to UE BizHub CENTRAL, Ang Mo Kio Street 64 to accommodate more staff and further expand our operations
2011
Launched UETrackโข powered by proprietary SmartAssignโข algorithm
2012
Started a new phase of accelerated growth in both healthcare support services and facilities management services with focus on labour productivity drive.
2013
The company name was changed to UE Managed Solutions Singapore Pte. Ltd.
Launched our inaugural bi-annual communications magazine, "UEMS Times"
Started UETrackโข Mobile App use for Porters and Housekeeping teams
2014
- Attained Silver Award under the Enhanced Clean Mark Accreditation Scheme by the National Environment Agency (NEA)
- Obtained Cleaning Business License from NEA
- Intensified the investment in technology tools and further develop UETrackโข

Successfully transited from our ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 systems to the latest 2015 version
Achieved ISO 22301:2012 (Business Continuity Management) Certification
Maintained the Enhanced Clean Mark Accreditation Scheme (Gold) Award
Successfully renewed the Approved Training Organisation (ATO) status upon passing the Continuous Improvement Review by WDA
