Job Brief

HEAD, COMMERCIAL HOUSEKEEPING

Responsilities

    • Lead in the Business Development and expansion of UEMS’s market share in commercial housekeeping
    • Lead and direct the daily operations of existing housekeeping services at the different facilities, and ensure effective supervision standards are in place
    • Drive and assume overall leadership for start-up mobilisation of new housekeeping projects
    • Actively recruit relevant personnel to fill manpower gaps and ensure orientation and training of new staff
    • Achieve P&L and service KPIs in accordance with company’s requirements
    • Develop and maintain strong and positive working relationship with all customers
    • Propose and implement projects for continuous improvement of operations at site
Requirements

    • Minimum Diploma or equivalent with at least 10 years of relevant working experience in leading a big team of housekeeping staff
    • Established track record in securing new housekeeping contracts and effective mobilisation of these projects
    • Strong financial acumen to expand the business in commercial housekeeping in line with revenue and profitability KPIs
    • Sound leadership, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
    • Motivated self-starter and strong team player
    • Strong working knowledge of housekeeping processes and procedures

HOUSEKEEPING EXECUTIVE

Responsilities

    • Assist housekeeping manager in managing daily housekeeping operations
    • Plan and schedule roster for the team
    • Lead and supervise a team of staff in delivering high service standard at all times
    • Conduct on-the-job trainings to new housekeepers

Requirements

    • Diploma with relevant housekeeping experience
    • Possess good supervisory and interpersonal skills

Job Brief

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Responsilities

    • Identify new markets and business opportunities through various channels (cold-call, network, tender notice, marketing, etc.) in the Environmental Services industry (mainly housekeeping services)
    • Carry out costing analysis and proposal write-ups and follow up with prospective clients
    • Negotiate with prospects, close the deal, and perform after sales services
    • Expand existing clientele base
    • Perform cross-selling and up-selling
    • Analyze and keep track of the market trend
    • Carry out any other business development related works

Requirements

    • Diploma in Sales / Marketing / Business Administration with relevant experience, preferably in Environmental Services industry
    • Possess good business acumen
    • Be self-driven, result-oriented, proactive and positive
    • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

FACILITIES / BUILDING MANAGERS

Responsilities

    • Lead a team of staff in daily operation and facilities management of the building
    • Plan and execute maintenance management programme for routine and preventive maintenance
    • Monitor maintenance budget and progress payments to ensure cash flow projections are met and payments are promptly made
    • Develop and maintain good working relationship with customers

Requirements

    • Diploma/ Degree in Facilities Management or equivalent with relevant experience
    • Preferably certified FSM, GMFM, SCEM

Responsilities

    • Lead the project team in carrying out project works
    • Coordinate and liaise with contractors, customers and site team on projects and improvement works
    • Ensure compliance of all safety and quality assurance procedures and standards
    • Participate in tender process and coordinate with all appointed consultants/ contractors to ensure that projects are carried out in accordance to design and specifications

PROPERTY / TECHNICAL EXECUTIVES

Responsilities

    • Assist facilities/ building manager in managing daily facilities management service and ensuring full compliance of all contractual obligations of the Service Agreements
    • Supervise a team of technicians in performing preventive/ad-hoc maintenance, facilities and building works
    • Coordinate and supervise works done by contractors and ensure their performance are in conformance with contractual requirements

Requirements

    • Diploma in M&E Engineering, Facilities Management or its equivalent with relevant experience in facilities management
    • Possess good supervisory and interpersonal skills

Job Brief

TECHNICIANS

Responsilities

    • Perform general maintenance and minor repairs including building defects, painting works and plumbing services
    • Conduct routine inspection of building facilities
    • Respond and attend to feedbacks/ requests from users
    • Supervise and escort service contractors in carrying out building services/ repair works

Requirements

    • NITEC in Facilities Management, M&E Engineering, Building Services or its equivalent with experience in building maintenance
