Peter Ho joined UEMS as the Head of Quality and Training, marking a new chapter in his career after 31 years in the defence industry as a combat officer with the Republic of Singapore Air Force. His extensive background includes pilot training and various leadership roles within the Ministry of Defence and the Singapore Armed Forces.
Throughout his career, Peter has gained extensive experience in strategic planning, training, safety, and leadership. Among the key highlights are his tenure as a Commanding Officer in Arizona, where he led efforts to advance Attack Helicopter operations, and his contribution to a United Nations peacekeeping mission in Timor-Leste.

Peter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics, a Master’s in Management, and a Diploma in Military Leadership from the National Technological University. He has also pursued specialised training in aviation safety, with a focus on Human Factors and Accident Investigation, areas he remains passionate about.
Outside of work, Peter is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, diving, and playing squash. He is a certified squash coach and, following his retirement from the Air Force, combined his love for travel and photography by earning a diploma in the field.
In his current role, he aims to build a resilient and capable Quality and Training team, leveraging his experience to drive continuous improvement and deliver exceptional results.
