About Us

UEMS Solutions Pte Ltd (“UEMS”) is a home-grown MNC that has established ourselves in the healthcare domain for a good 27 years since its inception in 1988. Started off as a company focusing on housekeeping services, the company has expanded its business service deliveries in both facilities management and specialised services such as external façade cleaning, portering services and other support services. Our multi-faceted operations have also grown to Asean countries such as Malaysia as well as Asia-Pacific region such as Taiwan.

In Malaysia, our Malaysia counterpart, UEMS Solutions Sdn. Bhd. have operations spanning across West Malaysia and serve over 100 healthcare clients including the prestigious healthcare clients such as Penang Adventist Hospital and Prince Court Medical Centre. Whereas In Taiwan, we have been serving more than 58 healthcare customers, including National Taiwan University Hospital (NTUH) and Taipei Veterans General Hospital.

In Singapore, we have a full range of services which includes soft services such as housekeeping, portering, estate management as well as hard services in facilities management. Our businesses focus largely on healthcare sector with prestigious clients such as Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH), National University Hospital (NUH), Changi General Hospital (CGH), Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH), Alexandra Hospital (SKH@AH), St Luke’s Hospital, Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital, and Singapore General Hospital (SGH) offices. Specifically in housekeeping and with the support from the clients, we have established ourselves in KTPH, KKH, SKH@AH, St Luke’s Hospital, Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital, NUH (Medical Centre), Jurong Medical Centre, and Man Fut Tong Nursing Home.

UEMS also have our own WSQ-accredited training centre where we impart skills to our staff through a series of comprehensive training as well as certified experienced nurse who educate our staff on infection control know-hows.

The framework which focuses on System, Training, Accelerated Improvement, Staff Recognition and Service as the key success factors for an efficient and effective systemic approach towards running major operations. These are essential for YCH as it will require high standard housekeeping services for its mobilization and daily operation. To do so effectively requires an elaborated system of operations, documentation and processes so that steps in processes are documented clearly and effectively. We have established this for the past 27 years while providing housekeeping services to various hospital since 1988.
