Position Job Description Requirements
Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone calls
  • Respond to public enquiries
  • Attend to visitors
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mails and couriers
  • Preparing vendor payments
  • Office management involving maintenance of amenities and utilities
  • Key in and filing of vendor invoices and customer invoices
  • Any other duties assigned by the superior

  • Minimum qualification of STPM or equivalent with minimum 1 year experience in general administration
  • Patient and courteous
  • Computer literate
  • Possess good oral and written communication skills
